this is a how-to video showing the step by step process of turning stock bmx bar ends (plastic) into something alittle more durible and better looking. you can use any bottle cap you want, it still may dent if your bike falls over, but it’s VERY easy to replace once you have done the main modification to the stock one. it’s still much stronger than stock!
