I have an electric scooter how can I make it faster?

   Decrease weight

   Get a bigger motor

   Yeah, you can get a bigger motor, you may have to make some modifications to the chassis but once you do that then change the voltage output and you've got more horsepower.

   Decrease the weight, yes. Bigger motor, probably not. Increase the voltage, check. However, doing so may void your warranty and/or burn up the motor.

   i would buy a newer one, or even gas powered. gas powered scooter are easy to beef up but electrics are harder

   Tie it to the back of a car. Anybody who would ride an electric scooter probably shouldn't go any faster than 17mph.
