Is it because it’s an Assembly Instructions Video for the E100, E200 & E300? i.e. thats what it says for the first 5 seconds of the video. The Scooters all assemble in the sameway.

Is it bad to use the scooter right out of the box? I know it won’t be fullk charged but I was wondering if I could use it right after I take it out o the box and construct it
